Wps Button Wont Work

It says to push the wps button on router.

Wps button wont work. The printer setup was completed sucessfully but now when i go on my phone or laptop the name of my network is gone. If one is unchecked the wps function in genie is grayed out and becomes inoperable and using the reset button on the router will not initialise the wps and only reset to factory settings. For this procedure to work you need wps enabled on the wireless router or access point that broadcasts the wi fi signal in your area.

Select the wi fi network to which you want to connect through wps in windows 10. Wait 5 minutes and tell me if it then appears please. Ok but wps wont normally turn this off.

The wps button in the genie will work only if both ssid are checked to broadcast. Wifi network gone after wps button was pushed i was prompted to push the wps button on my router in order to connect my printer wirelessly.
